Vikki started her career in the Group Pensions Department at Commercial Union (now Aviva) back in 1996. She quickly became one of the most experienced members of the team, which led her to mentor new staff and provide training at other office locations.
After 6 years, Vikki moved to an employee benefits firm and hasn't looked back since. In the last 21 years, she has worked for both large corporations (Mercer and JLT) and smaller companies. Vikki has had several different roles, including administrator, senior administrator, implementation manager, and associate consultant.
She has been responsible for dealing with the full range of employee benefits, and mentoring and training other employees. Vikki has also completed various CII exams, including GR1 and have their Certificate in Financial Planning.
