Nadeem Farid (Cert II) is Drewberry's Head of Health & Wellbeing Benefits, overseeing sales of Group Private Medical Insurance and Group Risk to help businesses get the healthcare and protection they deserve. He's also responsible for Drewberry's individual Private Medical Insurance applications.
Nadeem assists businesses with their employee benefits and protection needs. In his role, it is key to understand that all businesses have different requirements when it comes to protecting their members of staff. With the right guidance, he hopes to ensure that your business has the correct employee benefits and protection package in place to generate a high retention rate of key members within your company.

Nadeem has a BA in Business Enterprise and joined Bupa straight after university, working there for 19 years. This gives him a real insider perspective into the individual PMI market that he can use to help his clients.
His approach is client-centric and he endeavours to empathise with every client's individual needs, always aiming to exceed their expectations. He has considerable commercial awareness and has worked hard to build positive relationships with clients, intermediaries and third parties to gain mutually beneficial business.
Nadeem is an outgoing person who enjoys a good level of fitness. You'll often find him cycling around Brighton, especially along the seafront. When he's not keeping fit, he enjoys going to the cinema, socialising and cooking for friends. Nadeem is also a bit of a DIY buff – he has a keen interest in interior design and property development, having recently completed his own design and renovation project.
