Kirsty's Role at Drewberry
Kirsty is a core member of our employee benefits team. In her role, it's key to understand that all businesses have different requirements when it comes to looking after their staff. With the right guidance, Kirsty hopes to ensure that your business has the correct employee benefits and protection package in place to generate a high retention rate of key members within your company.

Who is Kirsty Leonard?
Kirsty lives in North Lincolnshire and has been in the Employee Benefits industry for 10 years. She started as an Employee Benefits administrator, before becoming a consultant working with a range of SME clients advising on their pension schemes and risk and health care products.
Kirsty joined Drewberry in June 2024. She is passionate about working with clients to achieve positive member outcomes for their valued employees. She emphasises the importance of educating members, ensuring they understand the benefits and pension scheme provided to them as she believes this is key to members engaging with their benefits.
What else does Kirsty do?
Kirsty spends her spare time renovating her bungalow. When the paint brushes and tools are away, she enjoys experimenting with new food recipes, and exploring the great outdoors with her partner and their British Bulldog Alfie.
