Here’s what happens if an employee has an expired activation code and needs a new one 📲
Activation codes expire after 7 days. If an employee’s activation code has expired because they haven’t logged into their account within this time frame, a new code will be automatically sent to them via email. This is triggered as soon as the code expiries.
NOTE: Make sure the employee checks their email when they realise they need a new code. Otherwise, it will expire again and a new code will be necessary.
