How Employees Can Redeem Their Praise Gifts

If an employee receives praise they can redeem their gift in a few simple steps:

• Check Emails
  The recipient will receive an email notification with a link to their gift
• Access the Runa Platform
  Clicking the link will take them to Runa, where they can browse a selection of participating retailers
• Choose a Gift Card
  Employees can select a retailer of their choice and redeem their gift card
• Use It Their Way
  Once redeemed, the gift card can be used to make a purchase with the chosen retailer.

In addition to receiving an email notification, employees can easily view any gifts they’ve received by visiting the Praise section on their My.Drewberry platform. By selecting the fourth tab, marked with the hearts icon, they can see all the praise they’ve received, along with any attached gifts.
