How Do Employees Gift Funds With Praise?
Once an employee has been allocated funds, they can begin attaching monetary rewards to the praise they give colleagues. While the process of giving praise remains the same, they will now have the option to include a gift alongside it.
Within the praise component in the front end, employees can go to the giving tab (third along), search for the employee they want to give praise to and then they can choose to ‘Include Gift’. They will then be given the option to add an amount.

Once the employee has added a gift and a message to accompany their praise, they can simply click the ‘Give 🙌’ button. The recipient will then receive an email notification, including a link to their gift.
